    I have written a book about this- the way I view it is that we always can’t learn something from failure, but it does provide an action point where we can Bounce! or move on to the next decision.

  2. I think there’s always a lesson to be learned in failure. Maybe it’s a personal one, maybe not. Failed projects, relationships, strategies, etc. are all opportunities to assess not only what was learned, but how much was learned too. Reflecting on that last point can actually turn failures into tremendously positive motivators.
