Great stuff Todd! It is encouraging to hear that you are so enthused about leadership training and implementation. We should chat whenever Ann and I do get around to an Albery event.

Being a part of Todd's team and having also poured my heart and soul into the Quizzle project, I can say that #4 -- laugh a lot -- was probably one of the most important things to me in our team perseverence and my individual perseverance. If I didn't have Todd, in particular, to joke with constantly, toss a football around, go for slushie/popcorn runs, poke fun at each other and generally, just have fun, I'm not sure I could've run the whole marathon (and continue to run it, to boot).

When you think about how much time you spend working, it's almost shocking. And if you can't find a way to make it fun and enjoy the people you work closely with, well... good luck! In addition to perseverance, working with and having fun with Todd have made most of my days sunny and bright, and have given me the energy to keep charging on and blazing trails. I've also gotten a pretty awesome friend out of the deal too, so I can't complain!

Thanks Todd! You're one hell of a leader!
