Regis Hadiaris 04.12.09 at 4:02 am: Dori - the challenge is that, until one has gone through it, one rarely knows if the change they are going through will ultimately be better. The only way to guarantee that it is better is to dedicate yourself to always learning from it and believing that it will make you better.
